  • Once we have received your order we aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hrs. Please note that we only dispatch orders between Monday and Saturday. Currently we deliver in the Uk only. Please see our range of delivery options below.

    UK ONLY

    Free of charge for orders over £50 (orders will be sent 2nd class signed for)

    Standard Delivery

    Orders of under £50 are charged at £4.95 and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for and usually take 3-4 working days. This is a signed for service and will require a signature.

    You will be sent an email to notify you that your delivery is on the way.

    Special Delivery Service

    If you would like to receive your order quicker we can send your parcel via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £9.95

    If there is any delay dispatching your order, for example an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you within 24hrs.

  • Orders can be collected in store between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday. You will be advised by email when your order is ready to collect.

  • Although we hope that you are delighted with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return some items. Please contact us at postnewburgh@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note as long as the goods are intact.

    Once you have alerted us of your return please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any loss or damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during return to us. If the product has not been returned to us in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 1-2 working days of receiving your returned item(s).
